This program has you fairly mobile from week 1, the best shoes to wear are flat jazz ballet shoes. Now most women dont have these in their wardrobe, so an old pair of socks will work fine. Ankle socks work really well, especially if they are not too loose and cling to your foot.
If you have latin dance shoes, you may be tempted to wear them. Beware, any heel increases the intensity of the workout. So if you want a great workout, 2.5inch heels are fantastic. 3inch heels are getting a little dangerous and should only be worn if you have been successfully dancing in them for over 2 years.
Bloch jazz runners are ok, they are designed for jazz dancing and to cushion the impact of jazz leaps, jumps and runs, so they aren't the best, but they will do if you dont have any others!
