GIRLS NIGHT OUT!

What a fabulous night we had at Lululemon on Friday night! So many lovely ladies came along and they were treated to some awesome discounts by Lululemon!

We had a wonderful night of meeting people, dancing and then shopping, it was amazing to see the various ladies from different programs and hear the stories of how much weight people have lost!

10 kilos here, 10 kilos there... stories upon stories, it was fantastic! But the most amazing thing that impacted me was the amount of impact the Ladies ONLY Latin program is having on peoples lives!

The number 1 outcome of this program is 100% of the women feel better about themselves and their lives! And 100% felt a stabilizing and lessening of moods! Wow, what an impact, not just on the ladies themselves but their families, their friends and their work colleagues. 

Can you imagine what the world would be like if we all danced on a regular basis?

Thank you to all the ladies that came and in particular to the assistants on the night, Susie, Genine, Jo, Danny, Tristan and of course the every helpful Paul.

And a big thankyou to the wonderful girls at Lululemon, they were a joy to deal with from the moment I walked into their store.  Thanks Giana and Alex and everyone else involved, you guys rock!
