Over 30 years dance experience and 3 years in the making, this fabulous Ladies ONLY Latin Dance Program is certainly no fad!
Created for women by women, this amazing program has been delivering powerful results to ladies of all ages, weights and co-ordinating levels.
It doesn't matter what size you are or if you've ever danced! These classes are designed to take in new people, get you dancing and allow experienced dancers to get a great workout and technique / styling.
Many women use these classes as an alternative to the gym, others use it to learn to dance on their own, some just use it for time out for themselves, away from the kids, family & work |

Please note - Ladies Programs run on an 8 week rotation within a School Term. Generally there are no classes during school holidays. Some teachers choose to run holiday classes (ie, St Kilda & Berwick) for more information about holiday classes, check our CLASS TIMES page or call us on 0417 700 767
