| Casual Classes
You can attend classes on a casual point at any time. (unless the program is sold out). You dont need to book, although if you are bringing a group, it would be great if you let us know in advance!
For more information about the structure of our classes / programs check out the 8 week program page |

| Try before you buy |
|
The thing to be aware of with casual classes, is that we run on an 8 week rotation. Our choreography builds with intensity throughout the 8 weeks. So if you are quite co-ordinated, starting midway in a program may not be an issue, you can jump right in and get started straight away. |
| Not very co-ordinated? |
|
If you are not terribly co-ordinated you should try out a class, see if its beyond your level. If it's too fast for you, email us your details and we will put your on our newsletter list.
Or, if you don't mind not knowing what to do, then stay in the program and enjoy the movement for the fun of it! |
"In my St Kilda program, I had two ladies, who had never danced before, they came in at week 6, the program was moving quiet fast and I told them to enjoy the class and just keep moving" Cheryl Smith says "They didnt get all the moves but they loved the music, the atmosphere and the workout was much better than going to the gym, so they kept coming back and they loved it" Cheryl Smith - Founder of DANCE101 Ladies ONLY Latin Dance Program.
So if you're the kind of person that doesnt have to get it right 100% of the time, then definitely come and visit us on a casual basis.
Or, if you're the kind of person that will feel uncomfortable not knowing all the moves, then you might want to wait for the Intro Class at the start of the next term. Check our dates for more information.
