Refund Policy
A full refund is available if your cancellation is received (by DANCE101) prior to week 2 of your program. Your bank account will be credited the purchase amount less cost of sessions already taken
*Note : No refunds or credits will be issued where a venue is sold out prior to its commencement date. (ie. Yarraville is often sold out, please be aware there are no casual visits and no refunds, credits, extensions for this venue when it is sold out)
A full credit is available if your cancellation is received on or after week 2 of your program (less cost of sessions already taken)
Where a credit or refund is applicable the amount credited or refunded will be less the standard cost of the sessions already taken.
In the event of unexpected circumstances such as an accident, sudden major illness or unexpected surgery, we will grant a full refund (less the cost of sessions already taken), upon the presentation of a valid doctors certificate.
Please Note: "Sessions already taken" will be charged at the non-discounted rate. Discounts only apply to full programs paid in advance prior to the cut-off date.

Missed Sessions
If you will be away or miss a session, you can "make-up" that session at another venue within the current program, please notify your teacher or DANCE101 prior to the missed session
If you will be away or will miss a session and cannot "make-up" the session, you can roll over that class to the next program - notice must be emailed to info@dance101.com.au prior to the missed session for this to be valid.
