7.00pm Dance lesson 30 mins
This half hour lesson will break down the moves and give you knowledge you need to complete these funky steps with the detail you’re after. This session is lead by Abbey Ross (Dancing with the Stars) where she is visible on a podium and has a head microphone so everyone in the room can hear the instructions.
7.30pm Dance Session 60 mins
 For a fabulous workout without stepping inside a gym or walking ten times around the block, check out this 60 minute dance session.
Starting with a funky, upbeat warm up with movements that connect you with your body and prepare you to dance. You then progress onto the moves you have learned in the lesson and run straight each dance, without stopping.
At the end of the session you get a great cool down and stretch, facilitating release of stress chemicals and other pollutants in your system. You can go home to a great nights sleep and a wonderful sense of achievement that you did your body a huge favour!
This is a great opportunity for you to work on your own balance, control, technique and styling without having to worry about dancing with a man. It's also a fabulous way to get "dance fit" and work on all the muscles that are used when dancing. It's an incredible workout session that will provide an all over body workout, inside and out

- Arrive 15 minutes prior to class
