7:00pm Salsa for Beginners Absolute beginners or improving. Check out this beautiful rhythm.

4:30pm Kids Partner Dance Create amazing social connections for kids at an early age, a life long skill. Multiple rhythms. 8YO+

7:00pm All levels Bachata Three classes in the same room. Absolute beginners, Improvers, Intermediates.
8:00pm All levels Salsa Three classes in the same room. Absolute beginners, Improvers, Intermediates.

+ Saturday

9:30am Dance Workout Stimulate all your happy chemicals every week with this energised and fun class. Runners and workout gear needed. Fitness and capability ranges massively in this class. Don't be shy. You can only go as hard as your current fitness allows and you can only dance as much as your current skills allows. We won't judge!

10:15am Body Toning Using light weights, high reps to music, Cheryl tones your body and prepare it for dancing. Focusing on Abs, arms, shoulders, chest and back this workout delivers results. Weights, mats, balls provided or BYO.
